Harding Dad's Club plans activities to improve school
Posted: 08/01/2010The Harding Dads’ Club, a historic organization that has served Harding for many years is open to all members (moms, grandparents, friends etc.) of the Harding community.
The mission of the Dads’ club is to complete various projects around the Harding campus and support fund raising activities.
The Dads’ Club meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 7 pm in the library.
Activities:
- supports a Fall Carnival for the school
- organizes clean-up and weeding events to help improve the grounds and garden
- worked to expand Harding's edible garden
- hosted a pancake breakfast fundraiser at the Solano Grill and Bar to raise money for the Harding emergency supplies fund
- assists with the set up and break down for the Harding rummage sale
