Music at Harding
Posted: 06/08/2007Beginning in Kindergarten, every student receives weekly vocal music instruction. In third grade, students are introduced to sheet music and taught to play the recorder.
Beginning in fourth grade, students have the opportunity to learn a band instrument. An annual Spring Concert is held featuring the choral group, and the intermediate and advanced band groups.
The PTA sponsors music classes through the Harding After School Enrichment Program (HASEP).
